From my first management 3.0 workshop, I ask for feedback both the first day and the second, the format includes: content, room, participants, facilitation, application, as well as leaving a space for learning and comments. It occurred to me that the feedback of the first day of the workshop together with the group could be taken as experiments, that is to say regarding the first day that we were going to do different things for the second day and apply Celebration Grid to measure the result of these experiments.
At the end of the first day, I ask the participants for feedback that they are completing each one individually on a sheet, I look at it and if there is something actionable by myself I adjust it for the second day.
On the second day of the workshop I am commenting with the participants on the feedback and if it is actionable we will place it next to the celebration grid (for now I tell you in a general way what it is and what we will see at the end of the day as it was)
